Women's Issues

I work primarily with young adult women who feel stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to change. You might be a perfectionist or overachiever, weighed down by overthinking, indecision, or the pressure of high expectations. Maybe you have big goals and dreams, but they feel out of reach, leaving little space to enjoy your life. Please know that you’re not alone!

I specialize in uncovering the source of your “stuckness” and use a holistic approach to support deep healing and lasting change. Using this perspective, we can attune to your specific needs helping you build a better quality of life and make the changes that you long for.

Together, we’ll walk the path of growth with compassion and focus—unpacking what’s holding you back, building on your existing strengths, and helping you reconnect with your confidence, clarity, and calm.

Trauma

My main specialty is in treating Trauma.  You might be thinking "what I went through wasn't that bad, people have been through much worse" or "I should be over it by now," but let me explain more...

Trauma can come in many forms and impact many aspects of our lives.  When we carry it around (and it can be heavy), it tends to remain unresolved and cause us more issues.  It can result in core beliefs about ourselves that influence our relationships, career, and all aspects of life.

The most common core belief I work with is "I'm not good enough." But there are many others that we can uncover as the source of why you are feeling stuck in repeating patterns.

This can look like anxiety/depression, self criticism, people pleasing, perfectionism, difficulty in relationships, hypervigilance, trouble sleeping, body image issues, and so much more.

Grief

Loss is unfortunately part of life, and it can be really hard.

Our friends and family may not always understand what we're going through, and think we should just move on with time.

Grief can involve the loss of a close loved one.  This type of grief is more commonly acknowledged, but there can be other types of losses as well. This can look like pregnancy loss, moving away from friends/family, pet loss.

Grief even includes mourning of things we've never had, or worry we'll never have.  For example this can look like infertility, longing for a stable parental figure, societal issues, and more.
